(Makes 5 gallons) The all-grain beer that inspired the malt extract B3 Stout. This recipe is in between a sweet and dry Stout. Has the single dark grain dimension of authentic Irish Dry Stout with more of the maltiness of English Sweet Stout. Features Flaked Barley for the classic head retention, but also has Carapils for added body and Munich malt for increased maltiness. Think of it as a maltier, creamier version of Guinness with slightly reduced bitterness.
