(Makes 5 gallons) A maltier version of a Pale Ale that has lots of Willamette hop flavor and Cascade hop aroma. Has the liquid malt (8 lbs), Crystal malt (1.5 lb) and hop flavor (4 oz in finish) of an IPA with the bitterness of a standard Pale Ale. Truly delectable and different.
