(Makes 5 gallons) Due to the hop shortage, we no longer have the English hops that are required for this style. However, this kit will still have an authentic English flavor due to the English yeast. The American hops combined with the English yeast continue to make this beer distinctive and delicious. With 1oz of French Oak Chips and a nice firm bitterness, this kit may no longer be traditional but it is still a favorite!
