Here at the shop, many of us plan on using these nitrogen cartridges to push wine out of 5 gallon soda kegs, since the nitrogen does not go into solution. You could also use them in beer situations where you want to push out but not carbonate. Jason the wholesale manager says he is going to push his infamous JP's Imperial Porter with these cartridges using a stout faucet with our QD faucet adaptor, part KEG900. He says it will be "Awesome". Please be aware that the nitrogen will only fill 20% of the space that a 12g CO2 cartridge will because Nitrogen exerts a lower partial pressure than CO2.
