(General AA range 7-10% Current AA range is 7.5-8.5%) Clean bittering hop with a medium alpha acid percentage. It is the backbone of Anchor Steam style beers, where it is also used for flavor and aroma.) We use lots of this hop for bittering. 1oz per 5 gallon batch provides a nice clean medium bitterness.
