(General AA range 2.5-4.5% Current AA is 3.4%) The first choice for Czech-style Pilsner and light Lagers. In general, you cannot go wrong finishing most any lager with this superior hop. We also use it in some Belgian Ales and even in Light Ales. Even though it has a low alpha-acid content you will find many traditional recipes using this hop for both bittering and for flavor/aroma additions
