Internal Dimensions are 16H x 10D. External dimensions are 18.75'' x 12.5''D with lid on. Includes stainless bulkhead fitting, domed stainless steel and brass false bottom, all pieces for connecting the bulkhead and false bottom, and 3/8" id tubing.
Based on using a ratio of .9 to 1.1 quarts of water per 1 pound of grain you can fit the following quantities of grain into this mashtun.
At 1.1 quarts of water per 1 pound of grain we were able to fit 14.5 lbs of grain. Using a 1 to 1 ratio you could fit in 16 lbs of grain and at a .9 to 1 ratio you can fit in over 17lbs of grain.
