26L Castle - Think of it as a more intense Munich. Really increases the malty aroma of your beers. Pretty good effectiveness when steeped in extract brews, but better utilization in all grain brewing.
Temporarily we are carrying Briess as of 7/27/11 - this is a short term change. Castle should be available in mid-august.
