Each 49 oz can of raspberry, cherry, apricot or peach puree is made from 100% fruit and is devoid of pits or seeds. Use one to two cans per 5 gallon batch of beer or mead. One can will give a slight flavor while two cans will produce a more pronounced fruit flavor. Add to mead post fermentation to infuse fruit flavor. The purees can also be used by themselves to make excellent fruit wines.
