Siphon clear beer or wine, leaving sediment behind. During the fermentation process the racking arm is sideways. During transfer out of the fermenter, the arm is gradually rotated down until the product begins to become cloudy from yeast pick up. Many customers have thanked us after their purchase for talking them into the rotating racking arm.
Racking arm includes rotating arm with clamp and teflon gasket, full-port stainless ball-valve, and stainless 1/2" outlet barb.
