Stainless clover clamps on hot and cold side
Pro-Connectivity means that every connection between the boil kettle and the fermenter is a 1.5" stainless clover clamp fitting, also called tri-clover fittings. These are the same fittings used in professional breweries. Most people who choose this option are also purchasing a Pro-Series Conical Fermenter.
Includes: Separate stainless pump with clover fittings welded on, 1.5" Stainless butterfly valve on the boil kettle, Pro-series counterflow chiller, Pro-Series Oxygenation Assembly (pictured below), three Silicone lines with stainless clover clamp connections, nine stainless clover clamps, and 10 gaskets.
