Complete Conical Fermenter - With Cooling(7.1 Gallons) CON500
Cool your fermenting beer 25-33 F lower than ambient temperature and maintain it within one degree of your set point. The cooling unit mounts to the outside of the cone with no internal contact with the beer, making it much easier to clean and sanitize than our internally cooled ones. The cooling assemblies that get fitted to the outside of the fermenter need to have 100% contact with the fermenter side wall for efficient heat transfer. Thus, each fermenter spends 24-48 hours on our custom-made lapping machine as the blocks are fitted to the cone.
Cooling is made to work with 5 to 6 gallon batches.
