Economy versions come with stainless legs welded to the cone. There is less labor involved in building this style and that savings is passed on to you. Stainless tubing welded on horizontally act as handles for lifting. Includes: Conical with welded on legs and 1/2" mpt nipple, flat stainless lid, lid gasket, rotating racking arm, and 1/2" full-port ball-valve dump. Note: 24 Gallon version looks the same as the PRO-series model, but with a ball-valve dump on the bottom instead of the butterfly valve. Racking port valve outlet is 25" high to allow transfer to kegs. 24 Gallon fermenter ships on pallet via freight truck.
