This is Ethanol based hand sanitizer with moisturizers so it won't dry out your skin. This is much better than the gel based hand sanitizers because it gets in to the hard to sanitize places better. It is much more effective than antibacterial soap.
To use: spray nails first then the rest of the hand, rub together until dry.
