Our bottle tree allows you to store up to 80 bottles upside down so they completey drain and remain clean for your next batch. When you want to bottle, utilize one of our sanitizer injectors to inject santizing solution into the bottles. Wait 5 minutes and bottle. You can also do the sanitizing ahead of time and let the bottles air dry upside down.
