Perfect for stirring 10 and 20 gallon mashes! Carved from a single piece of hard wood walnut, this paddle has been sanded and oiled with a food grade lemon based oil. The design has proven to be one of the most effective mash paddle designs we here at MoreBeer have used. It easily cuts through the mash destroying dough balls (dry pockets of malt). Also featured is a circular hole in the handle that allows for easy hanging.
Care Guide
These should be cleaned periodically with a oil, ideally Block Oil would be used which is found in many kitchen stores.
