Polarware kettle with ball-valve and 1/2" thermometer coupler.
Polarware took their high-quality, 304-type stainless kettles and turned them into ready-to-go, brew-kettles. Features a 1/2" ball valve (1" from the bottom) for easy transfer to fermenter and a 1/2" coupler for the optional addition of a thermometer(comes standard with plug if no thermometer is ordered.) Comes with welded on handles and a stainless lid. Made from 21 guage stainless. We will notch the lid if purchased in conjunction with a wort chiller. 15 Gallon capacity is perfect for 10 gallon batch sizes. Due to the fact that this kettle is very wide and not very tall, we don't recommend the 50' of 1/2" tubing chillers, the best chiller for this kettle are the 25' chillers (WC20PW, WC23PW, WC20APW, or WC23APW) or counterflow chiller (wc90).
