Taking SMART technology to a new level. We use a digital controller to raise and maintain mash temperature. The controller monitors the mash through a thermowell that we weld into the mashtun. The pump is turned on and off by the controller until temperature has been reached. With an adjustable differential, mash temperature can be kept within a degree of your setting.
