Brewing Hops

MoreBeer! was one of the very first to package brewing hops in oxygen-barrier bags flushed with inert gas (to purge the oxygen out of the  bag and make the hop last longer).  We take the packaging of hops very seriously because we know, like any great chef, that the best, freshest ingredients make the best beer. We only package one box of hops at a time ensuring that the you always receive the freshest product.  After receiving hops in the mail store in freezer before use.  Be sure before dumping them into your beer that you open the bag and take a big, long whif.  For a homebrewer, the smell of fresh hops is one of life's little pleasures!
