Q: If I order a 1550 today but don't get the Full Digital Package, can I order those parts in the future?
A:  Yes, we've designed the system to be fully modular with the ability to add on to it in the future.  If/When you decide to do that, the only modification you would need to do is to either get the thermowell couplers welded into the mash tun and hot liquor tank or, you can just have them drilled and ask for a weldless version.
