(General AA range 5.5-9.5%) This is a good dual purpose hop with aromas and flavors some describe as grassy and piney with hints of apricot. You can use it as a good substitute or compliment to Willamette. Also works well with Goldings. Good hop for ESBs, Best Bitters, English Pale Ales, and English IPAs.
