(Makes 5 gallons) Zythos IPA is a bold American IPA featuring an aggressive amount of munich malt to create a complex malt flavor. This recipe features a hundred percent Zythos hops so you get the full experience of the Zythos hop blend created by Will Harrison of Hopunion.
Five different hop additions including a dry hop addition after 7 days of primary fermentation. There's a touch of Crystal 40L to balance the bitterness and give the beer a nice golden amber hue.

SRM (Color Range: 8-12
IBU's: 65-70
Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 7.2-7.8%
