I've been making an extract version of this beer from a kit my LHBS supplies. I really like the beer style and wanted to give all-grain a try.

Grind may not work well for BIAB
I bought a few kits (but only writing one review). The beer is good but I think that the grind I got was too coarse for BIAB. I am still learning so take it with a grain of salt, but I was getting quite terrible efficiency, even well under 50% with a 90 minute mash and a mashout. I asked about it in a forum, and the topic of the grind came up. We swapped pics and I will share them with you too. The consensus was that a grind was a likely culprit for my issue. Just be aware that ordering pre-ground might not actually work that well if you are using BIAB. Maybe make a special note on the order if it allows you? Be aware at any rate when you order, especially if you see several you want to try. I break up the kits into 2 or so gallons at a time, so I have gone through 4 brews and have another 6 or so to go with all the grain I bought. Haha oh well...an excuse to buy a grain mill I suppose. :)

Otherwise the beer tasted good, the shipping was good, and the instructions were definitely helpful.

This is the grind I got, which didn't seem to work that well

Great Beer
Can't believe how great this beer turned out. It's exactly what I was hoping for. Really smooth, really drinkable.

Very Good
This beer is the best I have brewed to date. It could be in part that I allowed it to age for an extended period of time. Typically the beer I brew doesn't last long.
