Can I change the shipping type once my order has shipped?

Once the box(s) has left our facility unfortunately, we can not change the shipping type/speed.  However, If need be we can change the ship to address including holding it at a local terminal for pickup.  Please call us at 800-600-0033 if you need to arrange this.


Do you have tracking information on Drop Shiped items?

Unfortunatly, we don't always get that information from the vendors.  When we do we will update the invoice with that information but we don't always get it.  If you order has shipped but there isn't a tracking number and it's been over a week since it shipped please contact customer service at 800-600-0033 or info@moreflavor.com with the invoice details.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

There are a few reasons why your order may not have left our doors within a day it was ordered.  This can be due to 2 reasons, Shipping Type and Item specifics. 

MoreSaver shipping orders generally don't leave our doors for 2-4 days after the order is placed.  All other domestic shipping types usually leave our doors within 1 business day of ordering, and certain international types might take an extra day to process.

Specific items such as dropshiped, days to build, freighted items, and a few others have specific lead times listed on the item detail page for them. 


Why was my order split into multiple invoices?

Due to certain product types, we will occasionaly split an order into multiple invoices to make them process efficiently and quickly.  We will usually do this with drop ship items, pre-sale event items, as well as all built to order sculptures and conicals.  These status will be listed on the product detail pages.

What are your hours of operation?

Our shipping warehouse is generally open Monday through Friday.  Our customer service team can be reached at 800-600-0033 or support@moreflavor.com on Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm PST, and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm PST .

MoreFlavor! observes the following holidays and will be closed:

ORDERING QUESTIONS
Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally via the US Postal System and can ship internationally via FedEx, generally we don't ship Freight unless you call / email customer service to pre-arrange.  When we ship internationally we do not have a system to cover taxes and duties in your local area so those will be collected by your local agents when the items get to you.


How quickly will my order leave your warehouse?

We try and ship every order out as fast as possible.  The answer depends on both the items in your cart as well as the shipping type you choose.  Please item detail page for specifics, however most items are availible for immediate shipment.  We do have some items that are dropshiped from manufacture and some that we build to order, these items have indicators on the product detail page as well as shopping cart and checkout screens. 

The shipment method choosen probably has the biggest effect on how fast your order goes out our doors, please see our shipping page for all the details.


How to Order or Use a Gift Certificate?

Ordering a gift certificate is extremely easy on our Gift Certificate Page.  You can purchase any dollar amount, personalize a message, and print or email the gift certificate immediately after purchasing. 

To use a gift certificate please simply put the gift certifcate number into the "Gift Certificate" field in the payment screen at checkout.  It wiill show you exactly how much will be deducted from your order.


What is your Free Shipping Program

In short our free shipping program applies to most items on orders over $59 to the Lower 48 United States.  We do exclude certain items such as Grain Sacks, some heavier glass items, most drop ship items, and most freighted items.  For a full list of how the program works please go to our Free Shipping Page.


What types of payment do you accept?

Online we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, and American Express.  If you wish to pay by check or money order, or you wish to use more than one credit card on your order, you can arrange that with our customer service department at info@moreflavor.com or 800-600-0033.

How do I know if an item qualifies for free shipping?

Each item description will show an items status stating "This item qualifies for free shipping"  or "This item does not qualify for free shipping".  These qualifications are based of the total amount of the order to qualify for free shipping.  If there is an item that isn't free shipping but the rest are and the order qulifies for free shipping, there will be a "MoreSavor Shipping"  choice that is for just the non-free shipping item.


What is your product warranty?

Warranty: Equipment is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase. Some items have special extended warranties from either us or the manufacturer. That information is noted in the product description, when applicable. Please contact us before sending items back to ensure prompt and accurate service.
