Raspberry Weizenbock -- Blending Beer
(2-1/4 gal)

2 lb	two-row Klages
2 lb	wheat malt
2 lb	Munich
1/4 tsp	gypsum
Use a triple decoction mash.


2.42 lb	Danish malt extract (unhopped)
1/2 oz	Hallertauer (3.9% alpha) -- 50-min boil
1/4 oz	Elsasser (4.5% alpha) -- 5-min boil

1 tsp 	Irish moss -- 20-min boil
MeV #13 British ale yeast
3/4 cup 	dextrose to prime
Make beer, primary fermentation 18 days.


Blend with 2-3/4 gal raspberry brown ale.
Condition in 5-gal carboy for 11 days before bottling.
